Second bedroom features King bed, flat screen TV, balcony overlooking the swimming pool, large closet and en-suite bathroom.

Beach front resort, suite is on the second floor with a large balcony, beach and ocean view, large swimming pool in the courtyard with poolside bar, jacuzzi, lush tropical landscaping, tennis courts (lit for evening play).

One Bedroom rental rates (second bedroom locked-off):
June 15, 2011 - December 17/11 rates starting at $395/night.

Two bedroom rental rates:
June 15, 2011 - Dec 17, 2011 starting from $550/night.

Jan 7, 2012 - April 30, 2012 starting from $695/night.

Presidents Day Week/US Thanksgiving Week/Spring Break & Easter Weeks $895/night.

Christmas/New Years 2011 $1000/night.

There will be an additional 11% accommodation tax added to the above rates.

There is a strict "No Smoking" policy inside the suite. A cleaning fee of $250 will be levied should the policy not be adhered to.

Rental may be a one bedroom (one bedroom locked-off) or two bedroom at this resort.
