Rental Rates:

Low Season May 1 - November 30
$4250/week for 3 bedrooms
$4850/week for 4 bedrooms

High Season December 1 - April 30
$4850/week for 3 bedrooms
$5450/week for 4 bedrooms
Thanksgiving week - rates as per high season

Christmas and NY (2/wk minimum) $7000/week for the 4 bedroom configuration

Air conditioning is metered and charged back to guests

11% accommodation tax is not included in the rates quoted and will be added.

Air conditioning in bedrooms and main living area

Two master suites (only if rented as 4 bed configuration) - first one is in the main house, second is in a separate building just steps away along a covered breezeway. Both offer king beds and ensuite baths. Separate master offers views of the ocean, efficiency kitchen, cable tv and covered patio off the pool.

Second bedroom in the main house features a king bed and the 3rd has bunk-beds - perfect for the kids.
