Turks and Caicos Islands enjoys year-round sunshine, cooled by prevailing
easterly Atlantic trade winds. Summer (April to September) temperatures
average 87° F (31° Celsius) whilst in winter (October to March)
they average 77° F (25° C). Average rainfall ranges between 25”
and 40” and humidity is a low 60%.
Our main natural assets are our 200+ miles of pristine white-sand beaches,
our coral reefs and ocean walls, offering some of the world’s best
diving. Turks and Caicos also has one of the lowest crime rates in the
Caribbean.

The
Turks and Caicos Islands comprise forty islands and cays (pronounced "keys")
all surrounded by a coral barrier reef. To the west, the Caicos group
comprises North Caicos, Middle Caicos, East Caicos, South Caicos, West
Caicos, Providenciales and privately owned Parrot Cay, Pine Cay and Ambergris
Cays. To the south and east are the Turks Islands which consist of the
capitol island of Grand Turk and Salt Cay and several smaller uninhabited
cays.
Of all the islands, the largest (at 38 sq. miles) and most thriving island
is Providenciales where the construction of hotels, condominiums and other
tourist-related properties, private residences, offices and commercial
complexes is taking place at a rapid pace.
