Born in Grand Turk, Megan Dean has lived and worked in the Turks & Caicos Islands all her life. She studied for her Associates Degree in Business at the Community College in Providenciales. She has many years of management in the hotel & tourism industries, and property management experience. Megan trained as a Sales Assistant with a top producing agent at the Coldwell Banker Grace Bay office for 2 years.

Megan has been with Coldwell Banker Turks & Caicos for 3 years; she is self-motivated, proactive, dedicated and hardworking. Megan listens to her clients needs and works with them to ensure a smooth transaction from beginning to end.
