Robert Ellingson-Lewis, Developer/Project Manager

Robert (Bob) Ellingson-Lewis, a Canadian citizen, born in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, resides in the Turks and Caicos Islands on Providenciales. Mr. Ellingson-Lewis is an accountant by profession, having articled with KPMG some years ago. He has built and sold custom homes in both Canada and the United States. During the 1990’s he commuted from Victoria, Canada, and lived in Scottsdale, Arizona where he was primarily involved in the development of residential home sites. Mr. Ellingson-Lewis oversaw the planning and construction of all phases of the development including the preparation of the lots for home construction. Mr. Ellingson-Lewis will be the resident Project Manager for the Tuscany working closely with Mr. Butler in all phases of the project.

Faye Ellingson-Lewis, Interior Designer

Faye Ellingson-Lewis is also a Canadian citizen residing on Providenciales. She owns and operates the Design Studio, which provides Interior Design services to individuals and developers, and also provides a large variety of choices in retail furniture sales. Mrs. Ellingson-Lewis has been active in the development, design and furnishing business for close to 30 years. In that time she has designed, renovated and built custom homes and developed, designed and built condominium projects. She has performed these services both for her own projects and for various clients from the Cayman Islands, to Victoria, B.C., Canada, to Scottsdale, Arizona. She will be coordinating the interior design elements of the project, and assisting clients with the selection and purchase of furnishings for their new condominium villas.
